Our food bank runs on volunteer power—now more than ever—so we’d love to welcome you to the team! The first step is reviewing and filling out the Volunteer Enrollment Form. Please do not hesitate to make the decision to wait to volunteer due to COVID or any other reason – your safety is a priority!

Once you register, we will start keeping you updated on when we need volunteer support via email. From there, you can sign up for projects that fit your schedule and interest. Most opportunities entail repackaging food or helping distribute food at one of our drive-through food distributions.

Enrollment Documents

To enroll, new volunteers must review and complete the Volunteer Handbook and Enrollment Form.

Most volunteer projects entail preparing food for individuals experiencing food insecurity, who often have compromised health and immune systems. Please review The Food Depot’s Food Safety Manual to ensure we distribute quality food that is safe to eat.
